Your home will have a truly usable front porch, where you can enjoy your porch swing and still have plenty of room for a table and chairs. Out back, you’ll have a private yard, where cookouts or play can be part of your daily routine. The exterior of your home will be clad in durable fiber-cement board siding, and painted in your chosen color scheme. It has playgrounds, shelters for picnics and barbeques, a naturalized creek, a walking and biking path, volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields and an Olympic-sized pool. There are also many public events held at the park every year, including free live music shows and an open-air film series, as well as family events such as Pumpkins in the Park and an Easter egg hunt.

Downtown Bloomington – just 10 blocks: Bloomington’s historic and vibrant downtown is just minutes away, offering numerous restaurants, shops, professional services, and arts and entertainment venues. The City Hall hosts a bustling farmer’s market twice a week from early spring until late fall. The old switch yard, again just 6 blocks away, is planned to become a significant new Bloomington park.
